Maybe not everyone knows what Plejaden means.
Maybe no one really cares about it in all probability..
But nevertheless I'd like to tell 'cause maybe there is really some one out there who wants to know.. or.. well.. maybe not.. don't know :)
Anyway, let's begin:
Plejaden is the German version of the word Pleiades.
Pleiades is a group of small stars in the neck of the constellation Taurus. It is an open cluster. An open cluster is a group of stars that were born at the same time from a molecular cloud, and are still near to each other.
The cluster contains hundreds of stars too faint to be visible to the naked eye. Visible members of the Pleiades are luminous blue or white stars and one of the preferred objects by amateur astronomers as I am :)

As astronomy really captivates me I chose this name to be my nick a long time ago.
